Chadwicks Group is a building materials and plumbing supplies Company who currently have 31 branches throughout Ireland. In 2006 they decided to centralise their I.T. and accounts departments to their head office in Dublin. They were producing invoices once a month and decided to outsource this printing to PrintPost.

The group consisted of numerous different companies which all had their own corporate identity. PrintPost suggested that if pre-printed stationery was required for the different companies then a common "soft form" could be used. This way they could standardise the invoices but each company kept their own individuality.

Soft forms are standard elements of any document that was historically pre-printed and can now be printed at the same time as the variable data e.g. address and phone number details, the title of the form, the document structure, tables for information etc. This facility means that if a phone number or e-mail address changes, the programme can be altered without affecting the base stock and allowed Chadwicks to use the different stationery types required for each company, alternating details were necessary.

PrintPost also arranged to consolidated the different companies mailings to ensure that Chadwicks availed of the An Post postal discounts across the board.
