Security Overview
Security is a critical feature of the PrintPost service offering. The ability to guarantee that data which passes through PrintPost will remain intact and fully protected, that no operational errors will cause information to be leaked, misdirected or misused is the single most important consideration for any company considering PrintPost.
moreData Validation
All data sent to PrintPost is validated before printing and enveloping starts. This ensures that the volumes customers expect to be produced are produced.
morePrinting
The print file data is queued to production for printing. It is sent out to production with a "work order" which is a job ticket and is used to record all stages of each job. This is accompanied with an Audit Report which details the total volumes of pages and envelopes in each job.
moreEnveloping
OMR marks control the enveloping process. OMR is a form of barcode which tells the enveloping machine which is the last page in a document. This allows multiple page documents to be accurately enclosed into an individual envelope.
