Coca Cola were producing and enveloping their invoices and statements in-house. Invoices were printed daily and statements were produced at month end. Their desired turnaround time for invoices was the same day but this was not always achievable and bill runs could be delayed by 1-2 days. Coca Cola Bottlers were keen to implement a process that would give them a reliable and quick billing system, without tying up too many internal resources.
